Have a minty shooter…

The Polar Bear is one of those great tasting shooters that you can’t get enough of. It’s a simple mix of peppermint and chocolate, similar to the Peppermint Patty and the Snow Ball. As shots go, this is one of the better ones and is a great choice for winter party fun. - about.com

To make a Polar Bear:
Add equal parts of white creme de cacao and peppermint schnapps into a shot glass - and that’s it!
(You can chill the concoction or take it neat!)
